Walnut Goat Cheese


  • ½ lb goat cheese, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2/3 cup Bella Oliva Roasted Walnut Oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime peel
  • 3 tbsp fresh herb medley (rosemary, salt, fresh ground pepper, tarragon, parsley, chives)
  • 1 Cup chopped fresh tomatoes mixed with 2 tablespoons Bella Oliva Tuscan Herb EVOO


Place cheese slices in a single layer in a shallow glass.

Blend together remaining ingredients, (not tomatoes) and pour over cheese. Cover and allow the mixture to marinate at least 4 hours and up to a day.

Serve with toasted French bread points and top with fresh chopped tomatoes.
