Maple Walnut Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients: 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 2/3 cup unbleached all-purpose flour 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 large eggs 1 cup canned pumpkin purée 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1/3 cup Bella Oliva Roasted Walnut Oil 1/3 cup Bella Oliva Vermont Maple Balsamic 2 Tbsp unsalted pumpkin seeds (optional) Directions: Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 325°F.
