Red Apple Salad with Walnut Oil and Blue Cheese


  • mixed baby greens
  • 1 endive, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons dried cherries
  • 1 red apple, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Bella Oliva Roasted French Walnut Oil
  • 3 table spoons Bella Oliva Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • blue cheese crumbles
  • toasted almonds

Whisk together the Red Apple BalsamicVinegar, lemon zest, and maple syrup. Slowly whisk in Walnut Oil, then salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the greens, endive, cherries, and apple and toss with dressing. Top with blue cheese and toasted almonds.
