Ramen Coleslaw Salad


  • 1/3 cup Bella Oliva Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Bella Oliva Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 pound shredded cabbage (or Cole Slaw mix)
  • 1/2 pound baby carrots, cut lengthwise into matchsticks
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 package Ramen Noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Bella Oliva Chipotle EVOO


  1. Place the shredded cabbage and the matchstick carrots in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the vinegar with the sesame oil to emulsify, then pour over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Mix well.
  3. Sauté the green onion in the Chipotle EVOO, add the Ramen Noodles and sesame seeds and stir, cooking just until seeds are brown.
  4. Combine the noodles with the cabbage mixture, then serve.
