Grilled Salmon With Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil


  • ⅓ cup Bella Oliva Cilantro and Roasted Onion EVOO
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup Bella Oliva Ripe Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 (8 oz.) salmon steaks
  • 2 tbsp. Bella Oliva Cilantro and Roasted Onion EVOO
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime, quartered


Preheat grill at a medium-high heat. Mix the Cilantro and Roasted Onion EVOO, Ripe Peach Balsamic Vinegar and cilantro in a small bowl and set aside.

Rub the salmon steaks lightly with the 2 Tbsp. Cilantro and Roasted Onion EVOO and garlic. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Grill until steaks are opaque in center, about 5 minutes per side.

To Serve: Place steaks on plates. Drizzle the olive oil-vinegar-cilantro mixture over steaks. Garnish with lime. Serve with a green salad.
