Fresh Fruits Salad with Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic and Blood Orange Olive Oil


  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, cleaned and quartered
  • 3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup apples, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 pint blackberries, cleaned
  • 1/4 c. Bella Oliva Pomegranate-Quince White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons Bella Oliva Blood Orange EVOO


In a mixing bowl, combine the cut fruit and toss. Add the oil and vinegar and stir gently. Serve in parfait dishes or small bowls.
