Blackberry Ginger Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • ½ C. Bella Oliva Lemon Infused EVOO
  • ¼ C. Bella Oliva Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. chopped Rosemary
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Pork Tenderloins

Instructions
Combine ingredients and add to ziplock back with the pork tenderloins. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Brown the tenderloins on med high heat and then roast @ 400” for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow tenderloins to rest for 5-10 minutes after removing from the oven.
